is to make them into a smoothie. The benefit of eating seasonally is that you
are getting different kinds of fruits and vegetables that you would not be
eating if they were not seasonal.

Sit in front of the television, read a book, or just relax.

weight conscious when you are sitting all day in front of the television. Try
to spend a little bit of time in front of the television after you get off of
work. Your body needs to rest so that it can get up and go about your day.

vegetables in our diets. This is the best way to make sure that we are eating
enough fruits and vegetables in order to prevent weight gain.
