TIPS FOR NATURAL HEALTHY HAIR

How to wash your hair and the products you use can be very helpful in keeping your hair smooth and shiny. Follow these simple tips from a dermatologist to keep your hair health.

  • Wash oily hair often. How often you wash your hair should be based on the amount of oil your skin produces.
  •  If your scalp is oily, you may need to wash it several times a day.
  • If you have chemically treated hair, your hair may be dry, so you may want to wash it often.
  • As you grow older, your scalp makes less oil, so you may not need to wash the car often. But if you notice flakes in your hair, you may not have enough shampooing. This can lead to complications and other headaches.
  • Focus the car on the head. When washing your hair, focus on cleansing the scalp, rather than on the entire length of the hair. Washing your hair alone can make flyaway hair that is dull a lot.
  • Apply conditioner after every shampoo without using "2-in-1" shampoo, which cleanses and repairs hair. Applying the conditioner can greatly enhance the appearance of damaged or worn hair by increasing the brightness, reducing the amount of electricity, improving energy and providing protection from harmful UV rays.
  • Focus on cooling the hair tips. Because conditioners can make beautiful hair look loose, it should only be used on hair tips and not on the scalp or hair length.
  • Pick a cleanser and conditioner made for your hair type. For example, if you are coloring your hair, use a shampoo designed for colored hair. If your hair is damaged or treated with chemicals, consider a "2-in-1" shampoo. No matter the cost, many types of shampoos and conditioners offer similar benefits.
  • Protect your hair while swimming. Protect your hair from the harmful effects of chlorine by moisturizing and straightening your hair before swimming. Wear a catchy cap and use a specially designed swimming pool and deep conditioner after swimming to apply the lost moisture.
